 Flipping through old copies of the Quarterly on a chilly winter day, I’m reminded of many things unsaid about my rock garden journey. The current editor at one point had asked me to write something on my garden. I think he meant my former garden. I have moved, and no longer is that most interesting, worthy and lovely garden in my possession. Like all who garden, I do have stuff to say; just a matter of getting it out.
